I’m on a chai tea kick. At least now I have something to lessen the pain of marking 300+ midterm exams. I’d much rather be editing Sarah & Sarp’s maternity photos taken this past weekend in Gwangju. Discipline is key. I didn’t stray off task once today. I will stay strong!
Here’s the chai tea recipe I used. I modified it slightly adding a 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder in addition to the stick, 5 extra pepper corns and a little extra ginger. It tastes best after sitting out for a day.
